Please note that shipping delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the legal age requirements and local regulations regarding the purchase and delivery of smoking and vaping products in their region.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: We do not ship THCA products to any state or jurisdiction where the sale, possession, delivery, or shipment of the applicable THCA product is prohibited by law. Due to state-specific restrictions, licensing requirements, product limitations, and rapidly changing hemp laws, certain products may be unavailable for shipment to particular states even where other hemp-derived products remain lawful. As of August 2026, we do not ship THCA products to Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Idaho, Maryland, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, or Wyoming. Additional states may be restricted based on the specific product type and applicable state or local law. Orders placed for delivery to a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction may be canceled and refunded. It is the purchaser's responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable state and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we determine that shipment may violate applicable law.
